Initiatives to Living Support

We develop, produce and provide a variety of supports that assist the visually handicapped to learn, live at home, enjoy vocational life and the like.

We maintain a stable supply of fundamental instruments for living such as white canes, braille boards, braille blocks, Korean checkerboards,
rulers for those with poor sight, and the like through our own development and production or direct import from overseas.

In particular, the antenna-type white canes developed for ourselves in 2007 have been globally recognized for their high quality and convenience,
and we have a partnership with Kumho Petrochemical Co., Ltd. to supply the canes to the visually handicapped free of charge.

We also manage an ¡°exhibition center for instruments for living¡± where the visually handicapped can directly try out and buy those instruments
at reasonable prices as well as provide the Internet platform (http://sori.or.kr/cane/) where they can get information about those instruments.

Furthermore, we visit houses of the visually handicapped who have low income and need assistance to improve their inconvenience in daily
life by providing them supports including wind-protection covers, wall paper pasting, installation of gas alarms and the like.
