Initiatives to Manage the Braille Library

We launched the Braille Library exclusively for the visually handicapped to prevent them from being isolated from information and various
cultures. The visually handicapped can access to the Braille Library on the Internet and with smartphones (for example, mobile voice books) as
well as using the borrowing service of braille version of books and voice recorded books.

With the aim of broadening the opportunity for the visually handicapped to access to an affluent cultural life, we have implemented diverse
programs such as ¡°narration of fairy tales¡±, ¡°essay writing club¡±, ¡°literature tour¡±, ¡°humanities on the road¡±, ¡°family culture experience¡±, and the
like and have managed a ¡°mobile library¡± to deliver books directly to homes of the visually handicapped.
